Service Agreement

By hiring Airus Air Services, you agree to these terms. We provide home services as described in your estimate or work order. All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians.

Estimates & Pricing

We provide free estimates for most services. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found during the job. Any additional work will be discussed and approved by you before proceeding.

Warranties

Airus Air Services stands behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided in writing upon completion of your job.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee.

Liability

Airus Air Services is fully insured. We are liable for damages directly caused by our work, subject to the limitations of our insurance coverage.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed.
